S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 09.07.2021 in W.A.No.528 of 2021.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent submitted that the order passed by Division Bench of this Court on 09.07.2021 in W.A.No.528 of 2020 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings of the authority concerned dated 22.11.2022 to that effect.

3.Recording the aforesaid proceedings dated 22.11.2022, this contempt petition stands closed. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 22.11.2022, it is open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs.
