(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) Today, the balance amount of Rs.25,000/- has been paid by the respondent to the petitioner by way of a Demand Draft bearing No.785056, dated 18.12.2023,

2/3 drawn on Indian Bank, Madras High Court, in favour of the petitioner, namely, Chellammal. Counsel for the petitioner has returned the jewellery retained by the girl to the respondent, which has been verified and confirmed by the respondent. Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the respondent is recalled and the presence of the respondent before this Court is dispensed with.
