This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2017.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent on 21.07.2017 and the same has not been considered so far. Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2017 and dispose of the same after giving due opportunity to both the petitioner as well as the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
