Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General produced G.O.(Ms.) No.33, Water Resources (B2) Department, dated 30.05.202, and reported the compliance of the order passed in the writ petition No.25923 of 2009. 2.

I have perused the Government Order and convinced that the order on which the violation is complained has been complied with. Hence, there is no necessity to adjourn this matter. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
