This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 276 days in filing the above appeal against the impugned judgment dated 28.02.2019 in Spl.C.C.No.1 of 2012 passed by the learned Special Judge under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 276 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
