This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for him.
3. Ms.Rathna Thara, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the second respondent.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.
5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
6. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.Rathna Thara, as counsel for the second respondent, at the time of admission.
