Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner on 12.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.13016 of 2021 in Tiruthuraipoondi Police Station, Tiruvarur District in Crime No.1174 of 2021 viz., the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. N.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13016 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.1174 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
