These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions (C.M.P. Nos.13141, 13143 and 13144 of 2022) have been filed by the depositors, who support the impugned order. According to them, they have been fighting over their rights from 2014 onwards. It is their case that in the event of any further delay in the execution of the impugned order, they will suffer irreparable loss and hardship. Till date, no counter has also been filed by the appellants in these impleading petitions.
2. No prejudice would be caused to the appellants, if the petitioners are allowed to be impleaded as party respondents, without prejudice to the rights of the appellants in the main appeals. Accordingly, these petitions viz., C.M.P. Nos.13141, 13143 and 13144 of 2022 are allowed as prayed for.
3. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order and post the matter for arguments in the main appeals on 30.04.2024. 04.04.2024 vsi2 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
