This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of original copy of award passed in MCOP.No.90 of 2022, dated 12.02.2025 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, VI Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of original copy of the award, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of award. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
