The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take action against the 3rd respondent as contemplated under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 within a stipulated time.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the tenure of the third respondent as President of Devasthanam Panchayat was already over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
