O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the complaint against her husband and his parents and investigate the matter to file the charge sheet under section 498A, 406, 313 of IPC and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in CSR No.146/2018 on the file of 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent Police.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
