This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed to condone the delay of 473 days in representing the Criminal Appeal is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Madras High Court Retired Officials Association, V Floor Building (Basement), New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai-600 104, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
