This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue Patta in respect of petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.361/1A, Sub-Division No.361/1A1 01.62.50 hectares (4.01 Acre) and Survey No.361/1A, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sub-Division No.361/1A2, 01.30.00 hectares (3.21 Acre) in Magamudupuram Village, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2021 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court and pass appropriate orders accordingly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent as well as perused the material available on records.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel on either side, it is seen that the petitioner has not applied change of Patta through online while the patta is being issued based on the online application. Hence, the petitioner is directed to apply the Change of Patta application through online within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. After receipt of the said application, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on it in accordance with law if it is otherwise in order, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner herein.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed if any. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Lbm To:
