Respondent(s) PRAYER:Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 to relax the condition in para No.7(c) the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders, Imposed in Crl.O.P. No.15726 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025 by this Hon'ble Court and pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition in para No.7(c) that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore daily at 10.30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders, Imposed in Crl.O.P. No.15726 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
