Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 3. Mr.B.Neduncheziyan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the second respondent. Heard both. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation to shift an Indian made foreign liquor retail vending shop namely TASMAC shop No.11625. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submits that the shop has been permanently closed.

4. Considering the fact that already a decision has been taken by the respondents themselves to close the shop, the writ petition stands disposed of by restraining the respondents from opening the shop in the area in question at any future point of time.
