Petitioner has filed the present petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Judge, Ranipet to the file of the Sub Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondent.

3. Being of the view that the reason informed for the present Transfer Miscellaneous Petition moved in the year 2009, do not now survive, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, this petition shall stand dismissed with direction to the learned Sub Judge, Ranipet to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.19 of 2008 as expeditiously as possible, in any event within a period of 6 months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this Order. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
