ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition to report before the All Women Police Station, Chengam, Tiruvannamalai direct Police Station instead of that in Para No.6 (c) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17493 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.17493 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020 is modified to that effect that the petitioner is directed to report the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
