Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first Respondent to grant pension and for payment of arrears of Pension to the Petitioner from 01.01.1998 by taking into account the service rendered by the Petitioner under the 1st respondent from 15.07.1971 to 01.04.1982 by following the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.42 dated 27.05.2005 and as sanctioned and paid to other similarly placed persons in Lr. No. 7006/Trpt/TBC-1/2011 dated 25.11.2011 and Lr.No. 9896/Trpt/TBC-6/2009 dated 10.07.2009 by the Under Secretary to Government Transport(TBC) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9.
