O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned auction Notification dated 18.11.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same in so far as the Slaughter houses are concerned and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to instruct the 3rd respondent to conduct the auction for issuance of license of slaughter houses to be run at the places as per the choice of the licensee, not in a 2/6
private place identified by the 4th respondent.
2. Status report has been filed on behalf of the 4th respondent and it is relevant to extract paragraph No.2 of the said report. " 2. I submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner himself participated in the auction held on 27.11.2022 and as a successful bidder he was allocated shop No.2 to carry out his slaughter business for the year 2020-2021. The petitioner was subsequently blacklisted from participating in further auction as he created various trouble to Panchayat in dispersing its duty and he did not challenge the order blacklisting him till date. It is also to be noted that the prayer of the writ petitioner is " Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned auction Notification dated 18.11.

Which ultimately became infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.
For the aforestated reasons, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the present writ petition as devoid of merits and thus render justice.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, but however recording the status report, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
