Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to measure and survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties situate in Survey Nos.91/7A, 91/7B, 91/8A, 91/1, 91/2, 91/9A, 91/9B, 91/9C and 90/10K2 situate in Keerapalayam village Chidambaram Taluk, Chidambaram District. For Petitioner : Mr.Suneetha For Respondents : Mr.E.Balamurugan, Special Government Pleader

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to survey and demarcate the boundaries of certain properties purchased by the petitioner in 2005. 2.The properties comprised in Survey Nos.91/7A, 91/7B, 91/8A, 91/1, 91/2, 91/9A, 91/9B, 91/9C and 90/10K2 of Keerapalayam village Chidambaram Taluk, Chidambaram District were purchased by the petitioner sometime in 2005 and they have given as many as five representations to the second respondent to survey and demarcate this property.

3.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a statement after obtaining instructions as required by this Court telephonically with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Authority concerned, that the enquiry is scheduled to take place at on 12.01.2021 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent would also issue a notice for the purpose to the writ petitioner, stated the learned counsel.

4.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is hereby recorded.

5.Inasmuch as a date for enquiry is fixed by the second respondent, no direction is required to be given except that the second respondent/Tahsildhar is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affeted by his decision and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.In the result, the Writ Petition is closed. Even if any notice as promised by the second respondent is not so served on the petitioner before 12.01.2020, this order itself would be treated as a notice to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
