2. Pursuant to order made by Hon'ble predecessor Judge being order dated 12.09.2019, monies were deposited in this Court by the garnishee. Now the first respondent in the Section 9 application (borrower) [to be noted, second respondent in Section 9 application is the garnishee] has come up with the captioned Arb Appln with a prayer for payment out of the money lying to the credit of A.No.892 of 2019.

3. Mr.D.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for applicant in Section 9 application/borrower is before this Court. Learned counsel submits that the matter has since been settled.
