C.M.P.No.6882 of 2016 and CMA.SR.No.21395 of 2016 T.MATHIVANAN,J., This petition has been filed under Section 173 (1) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Appeal against the award dated 26.10.2015 and made in MCOP.No.82 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Sub Court/Sathyamangalam).

2. Third respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal.

Second respondent/Insurance Company has been served. However, they have not chosen to appear before this Court. Hence, the second respondent is called absent.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.
