C.M.P.No.12896 of 2022 in S.A.No.1192 of 2005 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to bring on record the respondents 7 & 8 as the legal representative of the deceased 1st appellant/Pappu alias Pavayee and to array them as respondents 8 & 9 in the above Second Appeal.

2.Notice sent to the 7th respondent has been served and as far as 8th respondent is concerned postal cover returned with the endorsement "Unclaimed".

3.Though notice served on the 7th respondent, none appeared on behalf of the 7th respondent.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed. 5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 10.11.2022.
