ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 4th respondent to investigate the role and of the respondents 5 to 15 in foisting false cases in Crime No.260/2016 on the file of Karumalai Koodal Police Station, Crime Nos.319/2016, 528/2017 and 195/2018 on the file of Mecheri Police Station and Crime No.252/2016 on the file of Poolampatti Police Station, against the petitioner by considering his various representations.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner arrayed as accused in a case. However, in order to defame the petitioner and malafide intention, the respondent police have foisted other cases also and hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter. Apart from the present cases, there are about 15 cases are pending against him in different police station and the investigation is also pending in some of the cases.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are cases pending against the petitioner, the relief that has been sought for in the present
writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
