Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent issued in G.O.(3D) No.144, Agriculture Department, dated 23.04.2015 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion as Deputy Director in the panel for the year 1993-94, published on 08.10.1994, with only a notional fixation so as to get a revision pension from 01.05.1997 and to pass any other appropriate order or direction as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
