This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay in filing the restore petition against the third respondent in W.P.No.2444 of 2012.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly, the delay is condoned.

4.The Registry is directed to number the restore petition in W.P.No.2444 of 2012.
