This petition has been filed seeking to restore W.P.No.26500 of 2017 which had been dismissed for default on 26.07.2022.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the counsel was not able to appear owing to circumstances beyond control. Further, the petitioner was also very sick and unable to move.

3.In view of that particular reason, this petition stands allowed. The order of dismissal of the writ petition dated 26.07.2022 is set aside and the writ petition is restore to file.
