These petitions have been filed to amend the portion of the common order in Crl.O.P.Nos.17433 and 17437 of 2022, Instead of "for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 294(b), 288, 336, 353 of IPC in Crime No.250 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail" Added as "for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 447, 294(b), 288, 336, 353 (Section 4 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss Act) 1992) of IPC in Crime No.250 of 2022, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail and consequently add Section 4 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss Act) 1992.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and common order copy in Crl.O.P.Nos.17433 and 17437 of 2022, dated 25.07.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
