This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 159 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree dated 29.07.2022 in MCOP.No.52 of 2018 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Judge (MCOP Cases), Villupuram.

2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 159 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
