ORDER

This petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondent police from interfering in any manner with the civil dispute pertaining to the petitioner's property comprised in Old S.No.100/4, New S.No.494/4 situated at No.1/76, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Eachengadu, Thiruporur, Kancheepuram District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, on the complaint of Munisamy, the petitioner was called for enquiry. Thereafter, both appeared and both agreed to approach the civil Court seeking their remedy. Recording the same, the complaint has been closed on 09.09.2021. The respondent police have not indulge in any interference as alleged by the petitioner.
