O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondent states that though disputing the allegations made in the petition, he has no objection to

the appointment of an Arbitrator in terms of the arbitration clause as proposed by the petitioner vide letter dated 17.11.2015 at Sl.No.(a), i.e. Mrs.Vanitha Mohan, President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore Chapter.

2.Thus, as proposed and agreed, I appoint Mrs.Vanitha Mohan, President of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore Chapter, as the Sole Arbitrator to enter upon reference and adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties, with the venue of arbitration at Coimbatore.

3.The original petition is, accordingly, allowed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
