ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.10.2020 and to take a decision within the time limit fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is running a driving school. The petitioner filed W.P.No.37833 of 2016 before this Court, seeking for a direction to the respondents to conduct a one day refreshment training certificate course in the driving school. This Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 01.11.2016 by directing the respondents to take a decision within a period of four weeks after a fresh application is submitted by the petitioner. According to the petitioner he made a fresh application on 15.03.2017.
Since no steps were taken by the respondents, subsequent representations were also made and the latest was made on 28.10.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not considered the representation till date and therefore, left with no other option, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. 3.Heard Mr.A.Rajarajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 28.10.2020 and take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with all relevant documents and a copy of this order.
