Even though a counter has been filed in O.A.No.628 of 2021, which was filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking for an order of interim injunction restraining the defendant from taking any coercive action against the plaintiff, pursuant to the Cancellation /Short Closure order of the second respondent dated 05.06.2021, learned counsel for the respondents / defendants submits that since the written statement has been filed by the respondents/defendants, the matter can be sent for Trial by this Court.

2. Earlier on 16.12.2021, interim injunction was granted by this Court in O.A.No.628 of 2021 to prohibit the respondents/defendants from deducting the payments in respect of other contracts, which are not subject matter of the present suit.
