This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 269 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the deceased purchased Nitravet and Tydol tablets from the accused persons and injected into his body through syringe and thereafter died. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the petitioner having two previous cases. Hence, raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 01.08.2024 pbl
