This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the petitioner as Lab Assistant in Government Higher Secondary School, Mallur, Salem District from the post of Lab Assistant in Government Higher Secondary School, Thamayanur, Salem District in compliance with the letter of the first respondent having ref. Letter (Ms). No. 92/S/09 dated 22.07.2009.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been complied with by the respondents and hence, this petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and is dismissed as infructuous.
