O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.26376 of 2021 dated 20.03.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ appeal is pending and an undertaking was given before the Division Bench that the petitioner will not press for hearing of the contempt petition till the disposal of the writ appeal.

3. In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the writ appeal.
