This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation making allegations that the respondent police has not recorded true facts in the complaint and as well as not properly investigating the complaint in respect of theft of jewel and cash from the house of the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint been registered as informed by the petitioner herein. Finger prints and call details been collected, so far they are not able to zero down the person who has stolen the jewels and cash from the petitioner's house. However, the investigation is proceeding and presently they have collected some clues based on which a special team has been formed. 3.
In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose will be served by transferring the investigation 2/4
when the present Investigating Officer is conducting the investigation in the right direction and also the special team is constituted. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
