This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.9762 of 2024 on 06.06.2024

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the Petitioner/A3 is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.158 of 2024 before the concerned satisfaction Court.

4. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
