ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to dispose of the pending appeal filed by the petitioner to reconsider the case of the petitioner on the basis of the previous joint patta issued by the Tahsildar, Pochampalli dated 26.11.2010, wherein the name of the petitioner has been shown along with other joint pattadhars in respect of various survey numbers, namely, S.Nos.1/2, 2/1, 2/3, 3/1B1, 3/1B4, 4/1B1, 4/1B4, 4/1B5, 5/2, 6/1 and 6/2 for the extent mentioned therein. Since the previous patta No.757 has shown the names of five persons including the petitioner as the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

joint pattadhars, without putting on notice the petitioner, the joint patta has been cancelled and a single patta has been issued. As against that, an appeal has been filed before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri, the second respondent herein. As the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has come to this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 sought eight weeks time to serve notice on all the other aggrieved persons for consideration of the pending appeal.

3. This Court, accepting the request, hereby directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the pending appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and hearing all the other aggrieved persons, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
