This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking extension of suspension of sentence granted by this Court to the petitioners vide order dated 24.05.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7747 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the accused in S.C.No.70 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri and the case was ended in conviction, aggrieved by which, the petitioners have preferred the criminal appeal with a petition to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri, vide judgment dated 23.04.2024. This Court, vide order dated 24.05.2024, suspended the sentence imposed on the petitioner and granted bail only for a period of six weeks from 24.05.2024. Hence, the present petition has been filed for extending the time. M.DHANDAPANI, J.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the suspension of sentence granted by this Court vide order dated 24.05.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.7747 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2024 is extended, till the disposal of the appeal.
