By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.M/s.Daniel Mary, the learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that 2nd and 3rd respondents are the owners of his adjacent land, and that they have clandestinely transferred their electricity connection to the land of the petitioner. The learned counsel now seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry onto the representation of the petitioner.

4.The 1st respondent is now required to hold an enquiry on the complaint / representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2023, within a period of four (4) weeks from today, after giving due opportunity to all concerned. 2/4
