The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P. No.16 of 2019 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Mettur to Sub Court, Kancheepuram.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife who is a resident of Sriperumbudur in Kancheepuram District. Since the transfer is sought for to the Sub Court, the inconvenience caused to the husband by the transfer will be very minimal as he will not be forced to appear in person for every hearing. He can appear only for essential hearings and he can engage a counsel for other days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the convenience of the wife, H.M.O.P. No.16 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Mettur to the Sub Court, Kancheepuram to be disposed of in accordance with law. The Transfer CMP is allowed. No costs.
