2.When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for disposal of the revision petition itself in the manner known to law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
