This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6850 of in Crl.O.P.No.3034 of 2024 vide order dated 24.04.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in this case, however, the petitioner is not complying with the conditions.

3. Recording the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner, except on the court hearing dates, shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 am., for a period of four months.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
