ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until disposal of the revision" in Crl.M.P.No.12415 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1476 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and taking into account the regular compliance by the petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12415 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1476 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in three months, on the first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m, until disposal of the revision.
