O R D E R

Mr.M.Venugopal, learned counsel, has entered appearance for the respondents. It is stated that in view of the earlier Arbitrator having expressed his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

unwillingness to carry on the arbitration and the parties being desirous of arbitration by a single Arbitrator, the Chairman, The Institution of Engineers, Tamil Nadu State Centre, Chennai, may be called upon to appoint a replacement Arbitrator.

2.A direction is, accordingly, issued to The Chairman, The Institution of Engineers, Tamil Nadu State Centre, Chennai, to appoint an Arbitrator within thirty

(30) days of the receipt of this order.
