ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/appellant that he shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e first working day of every week at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.6579/2024 in Crl.A.No.443/2024 on 04.06.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 10-07-2025 Bkn
