This Criminal Original Petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.338 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, petitioner is not shown as accused in this case. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle bearing No.AP 39 UR 6794. But the vehicle is now purchased by 2nd accused. However, 2nd accused has not effected name change by approaching the transport authority for transferring the name.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), that petitioner is not shown as accused in this case, this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass any orders in the petition.
