When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that FIR in this case was registered in Crime No.223 of 2023, on the file of the Ayanavaram Police Station.

2.In the light of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the learned counsel for the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition incorporating Crime No.223 of 2023. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
