ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12569 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12569 of 2026 dated 14.05.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.
